AV Supplier processes only the personal data, which are necessary for providing our products/services and/or you provide them to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data from website visitors. In order to use our services, we must have some essential data for the execution of the order. This data is used exclusively for production purposes and is provided by the client via quotation or contact form on the website or via email.

No date of birth is requested. Therefore, we also cannot ensure that data of visitors under the age of 16 is provided to us. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent.

For what purpose do we process personal data

AV Supplier processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Retention of personal data

AV Supplier will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the legal tax retention period of 7 years.

Sharing personal data with third parties

AV Supplier does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the execution of the agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. The companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We would also like to remind you that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority.
