With this Astera AX5 TriplePAR set, you get highly multifunctional wireless LED spots. These spots have all the conveniences of their fully wireless operation, but can also be used as wired LED spots. This makes these spots ideal for use as mood lighting at a business conference or company party, wireless uplighters at a conference or afterparty, or as facade and building lighting in an outdoor environment.

How is the Astera AX5 used?

In practice, the possibilities of wireless use will often be utilised. To create atmosphere at an event or conference, uplighters are usually placed along walls or near pillars. These lamps then shine straight up, giving a large part of the pillar or wall a coloured glow. Wiring these lamps in this capacity is not desirable. It takes technicians an enormous amount of time (and thus money) and often does not yield the desired result. The cables are always visible to the public.

With this Astera AX5 set, you can be sure that you are free from all these inconveniences. Turn on, set colour, and ready. It’s that simple. Of course, the applicability is not limited to wireless uplights. You can also use these spots as basic lighting for the event. Can the TriplePAR also be used outdoors?

The usability of this Astera AX5 doesn’t stop there. You can also use it perfectly outdoors, for illuminating a building or facade. Due to the waterproof housing, these spots can function without problems outside as architectural lighting. Not needing cables makes the use for building or facade lighting easier than ever. Power points are always scarce outside, and laying extension cables indoors is not always desirable. How can I control the Astera AX5?

These spots come with an infrared remote control. With this, you can change the basic settings of the spots. This includes turning the lighting on and off, but also setting a fixed colour. Which accessories are included in this set?

In addition to the fully wireless use and control, there are more advantages that make this mood lighting ultimately applicable for your event or outdoor project. On one hand, this has to do with the included bracket. With this bracket, you can easily place the lamps on the ground as uplights, outdoor or facade lighting. Unfold the legs and set the lamp down. It couldn’t be easier. You can also use this bracket with folded legs for mounting on a truss or pipe frame. This bracket is also removable with a simple click, making the housing even slimmer and more subtle. This function is intended for truly representative events.

On the other hand, this has to do with the included filters and diffusers. By default, this uplighter has a tight beam of 13 degrees. Using these filters, you can adjust the beam to 32 degrees and 46 degrees. This allows you to always create the desired light beam for your event.
