Is the printing produced by you?

No, we don’t do that. For this, we use a partner who specializes in it. The advantage is that, with our knowledge of the structure, we can control the required dimensions and specific finishing. We then ensure that our supplier has the correct information to achieve the ultimate result.

Certain attachment points are needed to mount a banner in a specific place in a structure. Some banners need rings all around, while others only need rings on 3 sides. As we function as an intermediary, it is only possible to order banners in combination with a structure for mounting this banner. Unfortunately, you cannot order just a double-sided banner from us.

How do you wish to receive the design?

We take care of the correct format, finishing, and the final result of the banner. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with the design. You need to arrange this yourself. We ask you to consider the following points before designing. Please deliver it 14 working days prior to the rental period. For the best quality, we prefer to receive the print file as PDF, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop. The best resolution depends on the dimensions and viewing distance of the audience. A resolution of 300 DPI gives the best result, but is not always possible. In many cases, 150 DPI is sufficient. Of course, our banners are suitable for use during events.

There are several requirements that a banner must meet. The most important is the DIN4102 standard. This imposes certain conditions on the flammability and fire retardancy of the material. Of course, our banners comply with this and are provided with a B1 fire retardancy certificate. Is a double-sided banner not entirely suitable for your structure? We can certainly also help you with providing single-sided printed banners.

How do you attach a banner to a truss structure or frame?

The banners we produce have eyelets on the hanging sides. These are then tightened to the mounting system or truss with elastics. This puts the banner under tension and makes it nicely taut. There should be 10cm of space between the mounting system and the truss. We take this into account when producing the banner. You can easily rent the elastics as a complete set. The elastics are a rental product to prevent waste at events. These should therefore be returned. A banner is a purchase item, which remains the property of the client.
