The price is determined based on the number of square meters. During a trade show or networking event, you naturally want maximum visibility for your company. This way, the first step towards an exploratory conversation and potential new client is set. When renting a construction for an exhibition stand, we can also help with providing a banner for this construction.

Do you print the banners yourselves?

We are not a print supplier and use a partner for the production of these banners. This way, we can influence the correct size of the banner, as well as the desired finishing method. For installation in a specific exhibition stand, a specific finish is required. Usually, the addition of grommets is necessary for mounting. However, the placement of the grommets is not standard. Sometimes a banner is fitted with grommets all around to allow for optimal tension mounting.

However, there are also situations where grommets are not needed in every spot. We take care of this. All you need to do is provide the print file 14 working days before the start of the rental period. Due to our role as an intermediary, it is only possible to order banners from us if the construction for attaching the banner is also purchased from us. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate orders for banners alone.

How do I submit the design?

When submitting the design, there are several things to consider. We prefer to receive the design in a PDF, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop file. The desired resolution depends on the dimensions of the banner and the viewing distance of the audience. A resolution of 300 DPI provides the best result, but in many cases, 150 DPI is also sufficient. Of course, our banners are suitable for use during events.

For indoor events, the banners must comply with the DIN4102 standard. This means that the banners must have a certain delay in catching fire. Naturally, our banners meet this B1 certification. Are you looking for a banner that is printed on both sides? No problem. We can also help you with double-sided printed banners.

How do I attach a banner?

The banners we produce have eyelets on the hanging sides. These are then pulled taut to the hanging system or truss using elastics. This puts the banner under tension and makes it nice and tight. There should be 10cm of space between the hanging system and the truss. We take this into account when producing the banner. You can easily rent the elastics as a complete set. The elastics are a rental product to prevent waste at events. These should therefore be returned. A banner is a purchase item that remains with the client.
