What does the Large Projector Set include?

The projection set consists of an Epson EB-L1505 projector. This is a professional projector with many capabilities. The projector has an interchangeable lens. This makes it possible to use the projector with a wide-angle lens. With a wide-angle lens, it’s possible to place the projector closer to the screen. Additionally, the projector has many connection options. It’s equipped with HDMI, DVI, VGA, SDI, and HDBaseT connections. It’s advisable to check if the video equipment you’re connecting has one of these connections.

Due to the many setup options, some technical knowledge is required. If you’re unsure about this, it’s recommended to have us handle the setup and breakdown. When we take care of the setup and breakdown, anyone can rent this projector.

Can I also place the projector behind the projection screen?

The advantage of renting this professional projector is that the screen comes with two different types of fabric. One fabric is suitable for front projection, also known as front-view projection. With this, the projector is often placed at the back of the room or in the middle of the audience. To avoid shadows, this is sometimes not desirable. The other fabric is suitable for projection from behind the screen, also known as rear-view projection. With this, the projector shines ‘through’ the fabric, making the image clearly visible to those present at the front. Since the projection distance remains unchanged, some space is needed behind the screen. When renting this projector, ensure there’s enough space in the presentation room.

I want to rent this projector, why must the room be able to be darkened?

A projector uses a beam of light to project the image onto a surface. When there’s a lot of sunlight in a room, the surface will mainly be illuminated by the sun. This causes reflections on the screen and dark colors are hardly visible. A projector simply can’t compete with this. When the room can’t be sufficiently darkened, we advise against renting a projector. To still use video material, we recommend renting TV screens, such as our set with two 85″ screens.
