What makes this projector lens special?

The advantage of this lens is that it has a wide zoom range. This allows the lens to be used at many distances. Additionally, the lens has a large aperture angle, enabling it to produce a large projection. However, this projection is smaller than that of the wide-angle lens.

Why is it called a Zoom Lens?

This projector lens is suitable for use with Epson projectors. These projectors are capable of zooming the image to display an optimal projection. This zoom lens can be controlled by the Epson projector to zoom the image to the correct size at various distances.

Can the lens be used on every projector?

Many professional projectors use interchangeable lenses. Common small projectors use a fixed lens. These are therefore not suitable for placing close to a projection screen. Professional projectors are produced by different brands. They often use their own technology for interchangeable lenses. This Epson ELPLM08 Zoom lens is suitable for use with our Epson Projectors. Unfortunately, this lens cannot be used with projectors from other manufacturers.
