When organizing events where presentations are given, a laptop is not an unnecessary luxury. This offers you the possibility to set up presentations from different speakers on one computer. In addition, computers are needed in various places at business events. Think of registration desks, production offices, control rooms, and breakout sessions. It is therefore convenient to rent these for such events. The Rental Supplier provides multiple laptops for business events. It is not possible to use these for private applications.

What are the connection options?

The Windows PC is equipped with four USB ports (2x USB 3.0 and 2x USB 2.0). You can connect various peripherals or external storage to these ports. Of course, you can also connect a printer to these. You can also rent this from the Rental Supplier. Furthermore, there are VGA and HDMI outputs for connecting screens, monitors, and projectors.

What are the specifications of the Windows laptop?

All our Windows PCs are equipped with Windows 10. The processor is an Intel Core i5. In addition, this computer has 8GB of RAM. The PC also has an internal storage capacity of 500GB. As for the video card, this laptop is equipped with an Intel HD Graphics 520.

What software can I find?

All our computers are equipped with Windows 10. Furthermore, the Microsoft Office 2021 Professional package is pre-installed. This gives you access to the most commonly used programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Ideal as support during business events. No other specific software is installed. You will have to install this yourself during the rental period. Please note that the software must be removed again after the event.

What happens to the stored data after the event?

Upon return to our warehouse of all AV and IT equipment after an event, they are all checked and cleaned. So the physical device is of course cleaned, but also everything that has been stored on the laptop is erased. This ensures that the next customer does not encounter data from the previous customer. By all data, we mean all cookies, documents, and software that have been additionally stored during the rental period. We therefore always recommend making a backup of all important files before returning the equipment.
