If you want to attach a truss system above an exhibition booth, there’s quite a bit involved. For example, you need suspension points and hoists to be able to attach this construction. These are not included in this suspended truss package. This is because there is one central party per exhibition venue that controls and facilitates what is mounted on the ceiling. This ensures everything is done safely and the ceiling is not overloaded.

This means that for each exhibition booth, you must submit technical drawings, weight distributions, and documentation of what you’re going to mount to get a quote and plan for hanging materials and/or equipment above your exhibition booth. That’s quite complicated if you don’t do it every day. That’s why the Rental Supplier helps with this. When you purchase a suspended truss construction, we provide all technical documentation and communication with the party that facilitates the hoists and suspension points at the exhibition venue.
