Renting an iPad can be a great solution for events. After all, you don’t have any personal data stored on a rental iPad.
What are the specifications of the iPad?
The Apple iPad features an 11″ screen with a resolution of 2360 x 1640 and has 128 GB of memory. This iPad has 6 GB of RAM. With the built-in camera, you can easily capture your business highlights. Additionally, Wi-Fi and the presence of a USB-C port allow you to connect to your digital environment quickly and easily.
What software can I find on the iPad?
The iPad comes with a number of built-in apps, such as the App Store, Mail, and Messages. You will also find free Apple apps, such as Pages and Numbers, on the iPad. No other specific software or apps are installed. You are free to install apps on the tablet yourself during your rental period. Please note that the apps and other added content must be removed after the event has ended.
What happens to the stored data after the event?
Upon return of AV and IT equipment to our warehouse after an event, it is all checked and cleaned. Naturally, the physical device is cleaned, but so is everything stored on it. The iPad is also wiped. This is to ensure that the next customer does not find any data from the previous customer. By “all data,” we mean all cookies, documents, and software that have been stored additionally during the rental period. We therefore always recommend making a backup of all important files before returning the equipment.
Is iPad hire possible as a private customer?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent an iPad as a private individual. Our IT equipment is available for rent exclusively to business customers and for business purposes.
What accessories are included with the iPad?
If you rent an iPad from the Rental Supplier, it comes with a power adapter and a keyboard sleeve.
