Which smoke machine do I need for my event?

This depends on the effect you want to achieve. A regular smoke machine (Look Viper NT) creates a thick plume of smoke and quickly fills the entire room with the haze effect. If you want to create a very thin mist, the Look Unique 2.1 Hazer is the best option. This is a smoke machine with a built-in fan. This spreads the smoke, which creates a thinner smoke than a regular smoke machine. The vertical smoke machine is suitable for emulating a CO2 effect without the need for CO2 cylinders.

How long does a smoke machine need to warm up before I can use it?

This depends on the temperature in the room, but in general it is between 5 and 10 minutes after you have connected the smoke machine to the mains and turned it on.
Can I use my own fluid for the smoke machine?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. In order to keep the smoke machine in good condition and to achieve the optimal smoke effect, we use special smoke fluid per machine. Other fluids can damage the device. You can order the corresponding fluid on the product page of each smoke machine.
Do I get smoke fluid when I rent a smoke machine?
Absolutely. Each smoke machine is delivered with a full tank when you rent it. This is enough for one-day events. If you expect to need more, simply order extra smoke fluid on the product page of the smoke machine.
