What is the difference between the 5-Port switch and the Pro 24 POE++ Switch?
In addition to the number of UTP ports, the difference between the switches is in the POE functionality. POE or Power over Ethernet, is power that is sent to the device. For example, think of cameras or other applications that use power but are connected with a UTP cable. The 5-port UTP switch does not offer POE.
