These are composed based on the number of members in your group. This way you always have a suitable audio solution for your tour.
What is in a whisper set?
Each whisper set is equipped with a fixed number of receivers with headphones and one transmitter with headset microphone. The whisper sets are sold per 10. This means that, for example, per set of ten people, you have 9 receivers and 1 transmitter.
What is the range of a whisper set?
In optimal conditions, the range from transmitter to receiver is 200 meters. This is without further obstructions and under the ‘line-of-sight’ principle. How does charging and battery life work?
When you rent a whisper set from Rental Supplier, all receivers and transmitters are charged. With a full battery, the transmitters and receivers can function for up to 18 hours. If you want to charge the whisper set in between, you can fully charge it within 3 to 4 hours.
Can I use your whisper sets throughout Europe?
Yes, you can. By using the 2.4 GHz ISM band, you can use these whisper sets throughout Europe.
Can a whisper set also be used as a translation system, for example at a conference or presentations?
The whisper sets in our rental range are suitable for use as a translation system. The interpreter (not included) then translates the main spoken language, which is then sent to the receivers. Please note that the interpreter is present in the same room, so that he or she can be heard by everyone present.
Can you connect your own headphones to the whisper set receivers?
Absolutely. The whisper set receivers have a 3.5 mini jack headphone connection. You can simply connect regular headphones to this.
