Rent Ballast
Ballast is sometimes required for building structures. We offer two options for this. Sandbags of 10KG and a ballast block of 450KG. Depending on the application, a decision can be made as to which type of ballast is suitable.
Is the ballast block truss compatible?
That is correct. The ballast block of 450KG has Prolyte conical couplers. This allows you to place the ballast directly under the truss upright. The truss can then be connected to the block.
Why is the ballast block a PRO AV product?
The use and delivery of a ballast block to the location must be done safely. This requires some experience. That is why we only offer this type of ballast to PRO AV companies or customers who use our delivery and/or assembly & disassembly service. How do I move a ballast block?
For this you need a forklift with adjustable forks or a pump truck. If you use our transport service, the block will be delivered on the ground floor (no thresholds, steps or unpaved access). After this, you must have a pump truck available to move the ballast further.
