Description

Heavy concrete block in black housing including conical couplers for connecting Prolyte H30V truss. The ballast block is easy to move with a forklift or pallet truck. Safety during events is increasingly important and more frequently monitored. Anchoring structures and securing objects against weather influences is becoming more and more important. This concrete block, ballast block, or heavy baseplate can be used for many purposes.

Due to its weight of 450 kg, this ballast block is perfectly suitable for anchoring truss constructions, banner frames, and tents outdoors. The concrete is cast in a black powder-coated steel housing. This gives the ballast block an attractive appearance, and you can confidently place it at representative events and festivals. Additionally, this ballast is equipped with 4 conical connections for coupling Prolyte H30V trusses. Due to its height of exactly 50 cm, complicated calculations are no longer necessary.

How do I transport the ballast block?

Although these ballast blocks weigh 450 kilograms, they are very easy to lift with a forklift or telehandler. Due to their width and length of 66 cm, you can even move these blocks horizontally with a pallet truck. This makes heavy machinery unnecessary in most locations. However, transporting these blocks is not without danger. Therefore, we only offer this product to Pro AV or with transport/setup breakdown in our rental shop.
