How does this emergency lighting work?

The operation of this emergency exit lighting is quite simple. A PowerCON TRUE1 connector is located on the housing of the emergency exit sign. You can connect the supplied cable to this connector. The cable has a standard length of 1.5 meters. If you require a longer cable, you can easily order additional TRUE1 extension cables via the extras section at the top of the page. The other end of the supplied cable should be connected to a power outlet. This will immediately switch on the emergency exit lighting while also charging the internal battery.

In the event of a power failure, the emergency exits will therefore always remain clearly visible to the audience present. With a fully charged battery, the emergency exit signs can operate for approximately 3 hours, which is more than enough time to fully evacuate the venue if necessary.

How do I mount the emergency lighting?

This emergency exit lighting is equipped with two suspension rings for mounting the signage. Two 60 cm steel cables are included, allowing you to easily attach the sign to a truss or pipe & drape system. If the sign does not need to be mounted directly underneath a truss or pipe & drape system, you can order additional steel cables and sliders. This allows you to position the sign at the desired height at all times.
