Description
Pendulum spot suitable for illuminating walls, banners, or signs at your exhibition stand. The pendant spotlight has been an indispensable part of trade show lighting for years. This product is truly used in every possible way. Whether it’s illuminating a small exhibition stand, highlighting a banner, or being used on a tubular frame. The pendant spotlight provides the right lighting quickly and easily. Even at the smallest events or exhibition stands.
How do I use a pendant spotlight?
The Novi pendant spotlight is actually very easy to use. In fact, the class of this spotlight is hidden in its simplicity. There are no buttons or settings on this pendant spotlight at all. It’s just a matter of plugging it into the socket and going. The only manual adjustment you can make is tilting the head. This allows you to move the light beam more towards the wall or away from it. In every situation, you can make the light shine in the right place. Despite the old-fashioned concept of this pendant spotlight, it is very modern under the hood.
This pendant spotlight doesn’t use the well-known halogen lighting, but LED. This makes this spotlight not only very energy-efficient, but it also produces little heat. Do you want to use this spotlight to illuminate a wall or small exhibition stand? Then we definitely recommend this pendant spotlight. Provided that the lamps are not mounted higher than 3 meters on the walls or exhibition stand. Of course, you can also attach this spotlight higher, but we cannot guarantee whether this will provide enough light to sufficiently illuminate the banner or exhibition stand.
How do I attach a pendant spotlight?
Of course, an exhibition stand is never the same. There is no such thing as a standard size, and this always makes creating a lighting plan custom work. Fortunately, when renting these pendant spotlights, you can choose from a number of mounting options. At the top of this page, you can indicate your preferred clip. This way, you always have the right clip for mounting the pendant spotlight. Below, we explain the different possibilities so that you can make a well-informed decision.
How does a truss clamp work for a pendant spotlight?

Mounting on truss? Also possible. For truss mounting, you can choose the truss bracket. This bracket is placed on top of the truss and clamped. This ensures all pendant spotlights are immediately at exactly the same angle. This bracket is only suitable for the commonly used 30-er truss. Do you want to use this bracket on triangle truss? Then make sure it’s installed ‘apex down’.
How does an Aluvision or beMatrix clamp work for a pendant spotlight?
The Aluvision / beMatrix clip is a clip to be used in combination with the well-known modular frames from Aluvision or beMatrix. The top of the clip is equipped with a universal rail where all spotlights can be slid on, allowing you to easily attach the pendant spotlight to this clip. The bottom has two protruding pins. You simply slide these into the holes of the aluminum profiles. This way, you can easily and quickly attach pendant spotlights to the well-known aluminum frames.
How does a tube clamp work for a pendant spotlight?
For mounting on a tube frame, you can choose a special tube clamp. This is suitable for mounting on all kinds of tubes and pipes with a maximum diameter of 50 mm. It’s advisable to keep in mind that for tubes with a diameter around 50 mm, the rotary knob protrudes a few centimeters forward or backward.
How does the wood mounting clip work for a pendant spotlight?

We offer a wood mounting clamp for mounting on wooden stand walls. This clip has a width of 10 cm and a depth of 3.5 cm. You can mount this on top of a wooden stand or exhibition wall using screws. You should keep in mind that the wall needs to have a minimum depth of 3.5 cm. Otherwise, the clip will protrude over the wall.
How do I daisy-chain multiple pendant spotlights?
On top of exhibition walls or banners, there is often little space for mounting cables and power strips. Our spotlights are equipped with both power input and output. This allows you to daisy-chain the spotlights and easily provide power. An additional advantage is that the use of power strips is no longer necessary. This saves a tremendous amount of time in hiding cables and power distributors.
For the best result, we advise hanging the spots no more than 125 cm apart. If the spots are placed further apart, there’s a chance that the wall or banner will not be evenly illuminated. It could then happen that spots appear at the top of the wall which are not or insufficiently illuminated. By first selecting a clip at the top of this page, you can then add a loop-through cable to the rental of the pendulum spot.
