Description
Want to rent a rolling riser? A rolling elevation for placing, for example, a drum set. This 6m2 rolling riser is ideal for performances where the stage is used by different artists.
What is the difference between a rolling riser without and with finishing?
Above, you can choose between renting a finished and unfinished rolling riser. Renting an unfinished rolling riser is the most economical, but it may not always fit the setting of the event. In that case, you might want a finished rolling riser. An unfinished rolling riser has no covering on the sides and no carpet on top. This means you can see the wood of the stage section. A finished riser has a black skirt along the sides and an anthracite carpet on top.
What height rolling riser should I choose?
Almost all applications of rolling risers are carried out in a 40cm high variant. This is often enough to elevate a drum set, DJ booth, or other application. Higher versions of rolling risers are possible but not very common. For most applications, we recommend the 40cm high variant.
Can I rent a rolling riser and transport it myself?
This is possible if you have access to a van that can accommodate stage sections of 2 by 1 meter. A 6m2 rolling riser is made up of three stage sections of 2 by 1 meter. This does not fit in passenger cars. The use of a van with a loading ramp or lift gate is recommended.
How much weight can a rolling riser support?
Our risers are suitable for a maximum load of 750kg/m2. This means that each square meter of the stage can support a maximum of 750 kilos. In reality, it is difficult to reach such a high load on a 6m2 riser. For the exact technical specifications of this product, we refer you to the website of the manufacturer. Renting a rolling riser can therefore be done without worries.
Is a rolling riser easy to set up dismantle?
Certainly. Anyone can rent a rolling riser and set it up dismantle it themselves. The system is very intuitive and easy to assemble. Keep in mind that you always need two people to set up or dismantle a riser. The stage sections can be relatively heavy. It also helps to place the sections upright during the installation process. We’ll explain below how to set up the stage.
How do I set up this rolling riser?
Place the three stage sections on their side. On two sections, attach the single stage legs with one wheel on one side. On the other side, mount the double stage leg with wheel. Hook the last stage section onto the two double legs. Use the leg clamps to secure the legs to the section. Use the stage clamps to tightly fasten the decks together. This prevents the stage sections from sliding apart during moving or use.
