Description

Double swivel coupling for attaching 48-52 mm tubes. Commonly used for reinforcing structures or creating outriggers. This double swivel coupler is extremely suitable for strengthening constructions or creating creative extensions. With a maximum load capacity of 500 kg, a safe connection is almost automatically guaranteed.

How do I use this swivelcoupler?

The application of this swivel coupler is very diverse. Basically, you can connect two tubes or truss to each other. This can be done at any angle, as the couplings can rotate relative to each other. Using this swivel coupler, you can, for example, attach ‘braces’ to truss constructions. These braces can relieve the corner pieces when they are under great stress. This can occur when placing a structure outdoors or with a large span. Keep in mind that at least two swivel couplers are needed to attach one brace. For extra stability, you could also use 4 swivel couplers per brace.

You can also use this swivelcoupler as a tool to create creative constructions. For example, for making outriggers. These are overhanging tubes that are attached to a base structure in the longitudinal direction, transversely, or at any desired angle. A lighting technician can attach lighting to this, but an audio technician can also attach speakers. There is no right or wrong, as long as you always keep the maximum load in mind.
