The truss row stand is one of our most affordable truss constructions. This truss design is developed to provide the back wall and side walls with a banner. Read further in this text on how to easily add a banner to your request. The row stand also offers space for mounting lighting and decoration. The truss frame takes up minimal space, allowing you to utilize the valuable stand area as fully as possible. The standard dimension of this construction is 7 x 3 x 3 meters (width x depth x height). But this can of course be adjusted to the dimensions of your exhibition stand. Read below how to do this easily.

How do I adjust the truss row stand dimensions to my stand area?

Every exhibition is different. And with that, every exhibition stand. To give you a good indication of the possibilities, we have truss designs with certain dimensions in our rental shop. This includes this truss row stand, which as shown above is 7 x 3 x 3 meters. However, you are not bound to this size. We can adjust the dimensions of the stand for you. Because this involves some technical calculations and a different composition of materials, we recommend requesting a custom quote for this.

Send us an email with your stand dimensions and your preference of truss design, and we will adjust the quote accordingly. If you wish to get a good indication of the rental costs of a truss row stand, you can complete the request via the rental shop. This is always without obligation.

Is it also possible to have this row stand made with black truss?

Of course. Any truss design you see in our rental shop can be made in both silver-colored and black truss. You can indicate this preference at the top of this page. There are some additional costs associated with black truss.

How do I organize the lighting for my row stand?

Easy! At the top of the page, you are asked to indicate some options. Here you can also add the lighting for your row stand. You have a choice between warm white light and cool white light. This is entirely dependent on your preference. There is no price difference between warm white or cool white light for your interim stand. If you already have lighting, you can click the ‘without lighting’ option.

Do I need truss lifts for assembling and disassembling this row stand?

Basically, it is possible to assemble disassemble this truss frame without stands. However, this requires a lot of strength and is less safe. We therefore always advise against this. You can easily add truss lifts at the top of this page. If you use our assembly disassembly service (to be added when completing the request), you should always add truss lifts.

Can I assemble disassemble this truss construction myself?

With some experience in working with truss, it is possible to assemble disassemble this construction yourself. However, keep in mind that this must be done safely and according to the regulations, as the truss is used in a public location. Incorrect use of materials can lead to material damage.

If I wish to transport this truss construction myself, what type of transport do I need?

This construction fits in a large van or furniture truck with a ramp or lift gate. Smaller transport is unfortunately not possible. If you are unsure about the transport capacity at your disposal, double-check with our office for an exact material list. Alternatively, you can also use our transport service. This service can be added when making a non-binding request.

Do I need to use a ground cable for a row stand?

This depends on your exhibition location. Certain exhibition locations in the Netherlands require a ground cable. Such as the Jaarbeurs Utrecht or Amsterdam RAI. We always recommend adding a ground cable to your rental order. This way, you know for sure that you have it with you and you don’t have to organize it at the last minute if it turns out to be mandatory at your exhibition location. A ground cable can be added at the top of the page via the ‘extras’.

I want to get all my exhibition materials from one party. Can you also provide the exhibition carpet for me?

When renting a truss booth, you can add exhibition carpet. This is available per square meter in the color of your choice. Add the square meters at the top of this page to your request. The preferred color can be mentioned under ‘comments’ when making your request. This way, you have everything arranged with one rental company. Please note that the exhibition carpet (used or unused) cannot be returned, as it is a purchase item.

Can I attach TV screens to the truss intermediate stand?

That’s possible if you rent the TV screens from the Rental Supplier. We provide special truss brackets for this purpose. These ensure that you can hang the screens in landscape or portrait mode. Rental Supplier rents TV screens of 40″, 50″, 60″, 75″, and 85″. You can easily add these via the video section of our rental shop. If you need any help, please contact us. What about the set-up breakdown days of my exhibition?

Set-up breakdown days are not charged to you. Therefore, only select the exhibition days when making your request. You can mention the name and set-up breakdown days of the exhibition in the comments box. We will then adjust the quote for you so that the rental period is extended to cover your set-up breakdown days. Is your exhibition taking place abroad? Then you may need more transport and/or set-up breakdown days than a regular request. Please contact us for this. We’ll be happy to make a favorable customized proposal for you.
