Description

Do you have a professional Epson projector or have you rented the 7000 ANSI-Lumen projector from us? Then it’s possible that you want to place the projector close to the screen. Unfortunately, this is not possible with the standard lens without producing a large projection. This is where this wide-angle lens comes in handy.

When is a wide-angle lens useful?

When organizing presentations or conferences, it may happen that the projector needs to be placed in a specific fixed location. It might then be that the distance to the screen is too short to fill the screen completely when using the standard lens. By using this lens with a wide-angle projection, you ensure that the projector can fully fill the image even at shorter distances.

Can the lens be used on every projector?

Many professional projectors use an interchangeable lens. Common small projectors use a fixed lens. These are therefore not suitable for placing close to a projection screen. Professional projectors are produced by different brands. They often use their own technology for the interchangeable lens. This Epson ELPLW05 wide-angle lens is suitable for use with our Epson Projectors. Unfortunately, this lens cannot be used with projectors from other manufacturers.
