This online meeting set consists of a base station and external microphone. With the supplied USB cable, you can easily connect the base station to a laptop. The audio from the other party is played through the base station. It’s powerful enough to provide clear sound reproduction for at least 6 people.

The base station is equipped with 3 internal microphones. These microphones are placed in such a way that the base station will pick up sound from different directions. Especially for participants who are further away from the base station, this online meeting set is equipped with an additional external microphone. This ensures that the audio from these people is also well captured. The other party will therefore not experience any difference in volume between the different participants.

How do I connect this conference phone / Online Meeting Set?

This online meeting set works based on a laptop or phone, which is connected to this conference phone. If you’re using a laptop, it can simply be connected with the supplied USB cable. In many cases, the laptop directly recognizes the conference call system and the audio runs directly through this device. If this unexpectedly doesn’t happen, you’ll need to select the correct audio input and output in the online meeting program.

Would you prefer to do the online meeting or livestream via your phone or tablet? That’s possible. Using Bluetooth, you can connect your tablet or phone to this conference phone. In this situation, you use the Skype, Zoom, Webex, or Microsoft Lync application on the tablet or phone. The conference call will also run through the conference phone in this situation.
