How do I adjust the truss system to my stand dimensions?

Assembling a truss system involves many components and calculations. This is to ensure that the stand space is utilized to its maximum. On this page, you will find an example case for a 7 x 3 meter stand. Of course, every exhibition and every stand is different. There’s a good chance that your stand dimensions are therefore different. No worries. We can adjust the truss in-line stand square to the dimensions of your stand space. If you send us an email with your stand dimensions, exhibition name, and stand number, we will start working on a customized proposal for a truss system. This will be fully adapted to the dimensions of your stand space, maximizing the use of floor space.

What is the difference between a silver-colored and black truss system?

As you may have already seen at the top of this page, you can choose between a silver-colored and black-colored truss system. This is the same product with a different color. The black-colored truss does have a higher rental price. The choice of truss color is entirely up to your preference.

I also want lighting for my stand, can you help with that?

At the Rental Supplier, we are happy to provide you with a stand that is as complete as possible. This certainly includes lighting. The truss system needs lighting to be clearly visible to exhibition visitors. At the top of this page, you can add lighting to your request. You have the choice between warm white light and cool white light. The choice is purely a matter of personal taste. In both cases, the lighting is sufficient for the stand space.

Can I also rent the truss system without truss lifts?

That’s possible, provided you have your own truss lifts available during the setup and dismantling of the exhibition stand. The truss lifts are an essential component used to raise the truss stand to height. If you don’t have truss lifts or wish us to perform the setup and dismantling (which can be indicated when completing your request), then add the truss lifts to your rental order.

I want to try to do the setup and dismantling myself, is that possible?

We recommend having the setup and dismantling of this truss system performed only by people who regularly work with truss construction. This ensures that the truss system is safely assembled. You can easily add setup and dismantling in the request process.

What if I want to transport the truss system to the location myself?

At the Rental Supplier, we offer the option to pick up and return the rented materials at our locations in Amsterdam or Breda. Keep in mind that you’ll need sizable transport. Truss is quite voluminous. At minimum, a furniture truck with a loading ramp or ramp plate is required. If you wish to have the truss delivered to the location, that’s also possible. Is the ground cable absolutely necessary, or can it be done without?

The ground cable is now mandatory at many exhibition locations. We therefore recommend always ordering this with every truss construction. This way, you can be sure that you don’t have to organize this at the last moment if it turns out to be mandatory at your exhibition location.

I also need nice carpet for my exhibition stand. Do you arrange that as well?

Exhibition carpet can be added to the rental of a truss construction. Select the number of square meters of your exhibition stand and add this at the top of this page under ‘extras’. This way, you have everything arranged one-stop-shop at the Rental Supplier. You can indicate the desired color for your carpet in the comments box when completing your request.

I see that this truss construction has branding possibilities. What can you do for me in this regard?

This truss stand carré offers branding opportunities on four sides. Easily add banners per square meter to your rental order. Banner designs must be received 14 working days prior to the setup day to ensure timely production. Banners are a purchase item and therefore cannot be returned after the exhibition.

What about the other event technology I need for my exhibition stand?

Are setup and breakdown days charged for truss stand rentals?

No. Rental Supplier does not charge for setup and breakdown days. The rental price is based only on the actual exhibition days for visitors. These are the only days you need to enter when making your request. You can mention the setup and breakdown days in the comments box. We will adjust the proposal accordingly.
