Warm white, which has a color temperature of 3000 Kelvin, is perfectly suitable if you want the stand area to look atmospheric.

The warm yellowish glow of the lighting is a real atmosphere creator. If you prefer the banners to really stand out for visitors, or if you have products in the stand that need to be color-accurate, you can opt for cool white light. This has a color temperature of 5000 Kelvin and is suitable for this. We always recommend using lighting with the head stand canopy, as the banners can cause shadow formation and dark corners if no lighting is used.

Are the truss lifts necessary when renting this truss head stand canopy?

The truss lifts are a crucial instrument during the assembly disassembly of the exhibition stand. You don’t effectively use these during exhibition days, but without the truss lifts, the truss construction cannot be brought to its operating height. If you have your own truss lifts, you can choose not to order them. If I wish to transport this truss stand myself, what should I consider in terms of transport volume?

This truss construction can be transported in a large furniture container or small truck with a loading platform. Smaller transport is unfortunately not possible. If you don’t have your own transport available but wish to carry out the assembly and disassembly yourself, you can also have the materials delivered to your exhibition location. Do I need a ground cable for my exhibition stand?

At some exhibition locations, a ground cable is mandatory when installing a truss construction. Some examples are the Amsterdam RAI or Utrecht Jaarbeurs. The ground cable absorbs the static charge so that it is not transferred to the visitors of the exhibition stand. It is always wise to add the ground cable to your rental order. This way, you’ll have it with you in case it turns out to be mandatory at your exhibition location. You can easily add the ground cable to your rental order via the ‘extras’ at the top of this page.

Can you also provide the exhibition carpet?

Are you renting a truss construction from us? Then you can add exhibition carpet in a color of your choice to your rental request. Take the width times the length of the exhibition stand and enter this number under ‘extras’ at the top of this product page. You can specify the color choice at a later stage in the ‘comments’ box. Please note that exhibition carpet is a purchase item. It cannot be returned, used or unused, after the event.

Can I also come to you for other audiovisual and IT-related equipment?

Certainly. The Rental Supplier is a total rental provider for event technology. This means that you can rent all the technology for your exhibition stand from us. I would also like to order the banners through you, is that possible?

Of course. Banners are purchase items, which means you can add them to your rental order but they cannot be returned after the event. At least 14 working days are needed to produce a banner, so make sure you send us the confirmation and design in a timely manner. You can add a banner by requesting it per square meter via the ‘extras’ at the top of this page. Calculate the square meters by multiplying the width by the height of the space where the banner should go. If you have multiple banners, add them together before entering the number of square meters.

Do I also pay for set-up and breakdown days when I rent this truss construction?

Set-up and breakdown days are not charged, provided they fall within reasonable limits of the rental period. When making your request, you only need to select the visitor days of the exhibition.
