This truss frame is a truss design specially created for head-on applications. This stand provides free access for visitors on three sides. The back wall and ceiling of the stand are suitable for branding opportunities. This way, you have a unique design that is easily customizable to your preferences. The base of this truss frame is designed for a floor area of 7 x 7 meters. However, as with all our truss frames, we can adjust this to the dimensions of your exhibition stand. Can you also deliver this truss frame in other dimensions?

Absolutely. We can adjust every truss frame to the dimensions of your stand space. This construction is 7 x 7 meters at its base. But we can also achieve other dimensions. Since this involves customization, you can inquire about different sizes via email. Or make a request with this stand design and mention the desired dimensions in the ‘comments’ field. In both cases, you will receive a size proposal based on your stand space and wishes.

Do you recommend silver-colored or black truss for this truss stand?

As you may have already seen at the top of this page, you can choose between a silver-colored or black truss frame. A silver-colored truss frame is more economical. But for some trade fairs, a black truss frame simply fits better. It all comes down to personal taste. At Rental Supplier, we always recommend matching the truss color to the trade fair, the stand design, and the atmosphere the exhibition stand should convey.

Do you also provide lighting for this exhibition stand?

Exhibition lighting is part of our services. You can easily add this at the top of this page. If you already have stand lighting, you can mount it on the truss frame and select ‘without lighting’ when making your request. However, we are also happy to provide the lighting for you. You can choose between warm white light (3000 Kelvin) or cool white light (5000 Kelvin).

Here too, the choice is based on personal preference. If you want to create an atmospheric ambiance, warm white is the best solution. If you prefer maximum illumination of the stand area, you can opt for cool white light. We create warm white light with, for example, the LED wash or pendant spot. Cool white light with LED 200 floodlights.

Are the truss lifts really necessary or can it be done without them?

At the top of this page, you may have already seen that you can add truss lifts to your rental request. Truss lifts are necessary for the assembly and disassembly of the truss frame. Without truss lifts, it is not possible to perform the assembly and disassembly. If you already have truss lifts at your disposal, you can choose ‘without truss lifts’. If this is not the case, the truss lifts need to be added to the rental request. This is also the case if you choose to have the assembly and disassembly carried out by Rental Supplier.

Can I perform the assembly and disassembly of this truss head-on spin myself?

We advise against assembly and disassembly for people who have no or little experience with truss construction. After all, the truss is placed above the public. This needs to be done safely and with applied expertise. Assembly and disassembly can be easily added when making the rental request. Rental Supplier delivers truss constructions at exhibition locations throughout Europe. We provide exhibition stands on a daily basis at locations such as; Ahoy Rotterdam, Evenementenhal Gorinchem, Messe Cologne (Koelnmesse), Brussels Expo or Ifema Madrid.

Can I transport this truss stand myself?

This depends. This type of exhibition stand requires a large van or furniture truck with a loading ramp or tailgate lift. You cannot transport it in smaller vehicles. If you don’t have suitable transport but still wish to perform the assembly and disassembly yourself, make use of our transport service. This delivers on-site and picks it up again. You can add transport to your rental order when completing your request.

Why is it recommended to use a grounding cable?

At certain event locations in the Netherlands and abroad, a grounding cable is mandatory when installing a truss construction. It is therefore advisable to add this to your rental request. This way, you always have it with you should this be the case. You can easily add the grounding cable via the ‘extras’ on this page.

Can I also get exhibition carpet from you?

Certainly. When you rent a truss frame, you can add all kinds of useful extra exhibition necessities. This includes exhibition carpet. We supply this in practically all colors. To add exhibition carpet to your request, you need to know the number of square meters. You calculate this by multiplying the width by the length of the exhibition stand. Through the ‘extras’ on this page, you can then add the exhibition carpet to your request. You can indicate your color preference in the ‘comments’ box when finalizing your request.

Can I also rent a TV screen for my stand from the Rental Supplier?

At the Rental Supplier, in addition to a truss frame, you can also find all other event technology. Including a TV screen, laptop, video wall, sound system or other audiovisual and/or IT equipment. Do you also provide branding and signage for the exhibition stand?

We can also provide the banners you see in the visuals, provided the request is confirmed at least 14 working days prior to the setup day. You add a banner per square meter. Multiply the height by the width to calculate the number of square meters per banner. Add up all the banners and enter the number of square meters in the ‘extras’ at the top of this page.

Are set-up breakdown days of the exhibition charged?

No. With the Rental Supplier, you only pay for the visitor days of the exhibition. Setup breakdown days are not charged. Therefore, only enter the visitor days of the exhibition for rental dates. Mention the name of the exhibition and the setup breakdown days in the ‘comments’ box. We will then adjust the rental period for you without any additional costs.
