To receive a dimension proposal, you can do two things. You can send all the information in an email or make the request for this construction through the rental shop and place the correct dimensions in the ‘remarks’. Depending on the required dimensions, additional costs may apply.

Is the choice of truss color important?

This is entirely personal. We offer this construction with silver-colored truss or black-colored truss. Depending on the rest of the stand layout, you can choose between the two. Silver-colored truss is more affordable than black truss. Silver-colored truss is the world standard, but nowadays you also see black truss being used at many trade shows and events. The Rental Supplier recommends looking carefully at the rest of the layout, such as exhibition furniture of the stand. This can help with choosing the right truss color for your exhibition stand.

What is the difference between the exhibition lighting options you offer?

You can choose between three options for exhibition lighting. You can choose not to add this if you already have exhibition lighting yourself. But you can also choose to add it. In that case, you have two options. Warm white exhibition lighting (3000 Kelvin) or cool white exhibition lighting (5000 Kelvin). This choice is also personal. We often see cool white exhibition lighting used when there are many products on display. Warm white exhibition lighting is often used in exhibition stands where people try to create a cozy atmosphere.

Do I need the truss lifts for this truss construction?

Truss lifts are always needed for the assembly and disassembly of truss constructions. If you already have these at your disposal, you don’t need to add them. If you don’t have these at your disposal or wish us to handle the assembly and disassembly for you, then select the option with truss lifts.

How difficult is the assembly and disassembly of a truss construction?

The assembly and disassembly of truss entirely depends on the experience of the person performing it. Experience is simply required for the assembly and disassembly of truss. After all, you’re placing a construction above visitors. This needs to be done properly and safely. If you haven’t worked with truss before and/or don’t have a technical background, we recommend having the Rental Supplier perform the assembly and disassembly. That way, you can be sure it’s done according to the guidelines.

I want to transport the truss stand myself, what size should I take into account?

To transport this truss corner stand top frame, you need a large van or furniture truck with a loading lift or ramp. This truss construction does not fit in passenger cars or smaller vans. Don’t have adequate transport yourself? Then make use of our delivery and pickup service. You can easily add this extra service when making your request.

What is a ground cable and why does it matter at trade shows and events?

A ground cable is important to prevent static charges from being passed on to those who touch the truss. After all, you don’t want visitors to your exhibition stand to get a ‘shock’ when touching the construction. Additionally, the use of a ground cable is mandatory at many Dutch exhibition locations. Think of places like the Amsterdam RAI or Jaarbeurs Utrecht. You can add a ground cable when renting your truss construction via the ‘extras’ at the top of this page.

Do you also supply exhibition carpet?

When purchasing a truss construction, it’s possible to add exhibition carpet. You can specify the color in the remarks box (request form). Exhibition carpet is priced per square meter. Therefore, multiply the width by the length of the exhibition stand to determine the number of square meters. You can then enter this number under ‘extras’. The additional costs for the exhibition carpet will be calculated for you. Please note: Exhibition carpet is a purchase item. It cannot be returned (used or unused).

Can I also turn to you for other technical equipment?

Absolutely. Rental Supplier provides a complete package for your exhibition. This includes all audiovisual and IT equipment. In our rental shop, you’ll find TV screens, video walls, LED walls, lighting, audio equipment, iPads, laptops, printers, and decor. You can easily add all of these to your rental request. Do I get the banner included with the rental of a truss construction?

Each banner is, of course, unique. Therefore, you can add this to your rental order. The costs of the banner are calculated per square meter. Multiply the height by the width of the truss side where you want the banner to determine the square meters. Do you want banners on multiple sides? Add these together before adding the number of square meters via the ‘extras’ at the top of this page to your rental orders. We need 14 working days prior to the first set-up day to produce banners. Banners are purchase items and cannot be returned.

How does selecting the rental days for a truss construction for an exhibition work?
