This is the most economical option and is widely used in exhibition stands worldwide. Nowadays, black truss is becoming more common. What exhibition lighting do I need?

At the top of this page, you can choose to add exhibition lighting. If you already have lighting, you don’t need to add anything here. If you wish to add it, you have two options: ‘Warm white’ and ‘cool white’. Warm white is mainly used to create atmosphere in the exhibition stand. It gives a nice warm glow. For warm white light, we use lamps with a color temperature of 3000 Kelvin. For exhibition stands where the focus is on the product, ‘cool white’ light is often used. This is exhibition lighting with a color temperature of 5000 Kelvin.

Do I need truss lifts for my truss construction?

You may have already seen that you can add truss lifts to your request at the top of this page. These are needed for the assembly disassembly of this truss construction. If you don’t have truss lifts at your disposal, we recommend adding them to your rental order. If you want us to perform the assembly disassembly on-site for you, always add the truss lifts to the rental request.

Assembling disassembling a truss construction, how difficult is it?

If you’re handling truss for the first time, assembly or disassembly can be very long and heavy. There are many ‘tricks’ that you learn to apply when assembling disassembling truss constructions more often. We never recommend renters who have never worked with truss before to assemble disassemble a truss construction themselves. What is the transport volume of this truss construction?

This way, you have the option to attach it if it turns out to be mandatory at the exhibition venue where your event takes place.

Do you also provide exhibition carpet?

At the Rental Supplier, we are happy to take care of the complete picture for your exhibition stand. Exhibition carpet is certainly part of this. Via the ‘extras’ at the top of this page, you can add exhibition carpet per square meter. You can easily calculate the number of square meters needed by multiplying the width by the length. You can indicate the desired color of the exhibition carpet in the ‘comments’ box when making your request. Please note that exhibition carpet is a purchase item. It cannot be returned (used or unused).

Do you also rent TV screens, sound equipment, or iPads?

In addition to renting a truss corner stand, you can turn to the Rental Supplier for many other exhibition necessities. Can you also organize the banners for my exhibition stand?

Absolutely. The truss corner stand rental offers space for banners on two sides. Via the ‘extras’ at the top of this page, you can indicate the number of square meters of banner you wish to have. You calculate this by adding the width times the height of the truss side. If you want multiple banners, you can add them together. Banners are a purchase item and cannot be returned. We need 14 working days prior to the rental period to produce the banner. Please note that a banner is always an extra product. If you’re renting a truss corner stand, always add this to your rental request.

What about set-up breakdown and transport days for my exhibition?

Are you planning to rent a truss corner stand but wondering if you should budget for transport and set-up breakdown days? The Rental Supplier only charges for the visitor days of the exhibition. Your set-up breakdown days and transport days are not charged. When making your request for renting the truss corner stand, you only need to indicate the visitor days.
