What does the Sparkular FX Set 2 consist of?

The set consists of four Showven Sparkulars to be used on both sides of the stage. Additionally, you’ll find the necessary cabling and control system for the Sparkulars in this set. Furthermore, this set is also provided with the required powder for the devices. This amount of powder is enough for about 10 minutes of cold sparks. How high does the firework fountain effect reach?

The Sparkular FX set 1 is capable of creating a fire fountain up to a certain height. For a nice wow effect, this set can reach a height of 5 meters. The height of the effect can be determined with the controller. With this, you have a range of 2 to 5 meters.

Is the Sparkular FX set 2 safe to use?

Because the Sparkular creates sparks of cold fire, this set is safe to use. Both indoor and outdoor use is no problem. Despite the fact that the effect consists of cold fire, we recommend maintaining a small safety margin of 1 meter around the Sparkular. Additionally, it is advisable not to let the sparks hit a ceiling or other overhead covering for prolonged periods.

How do I use the spark fountain set?

The Sparkular FX set 2 is easy to use. With the included controller, you can easily operate the fire fountains. As mentioned earlier, each Sparkular FX comes with powder for about 10 minutes of effect. Of course, you don’t have to use these 10 minutes all at once. By operating the Sparkulars with the controller, you determine how long and how often the effect is shown.

How do I connect the Sparkular FX set 2?

1. Place the Sparkulars on a stable and safe surface and connect them to the mains with the supplied blue PowerCON cables. The connector only fits into the device one way; gently turn it to the right until you hear a click. Place the controller in a location with a good view of the fountains and also connect it to the mains.

2. Connect the controller to the Sparkulars using DMX cables. Connect the male end of the cable (with 3 pins) to the DMX output of the controller and the other end (with 3 holes) to the first Sparkular. Use the DMX output of this fountain to loop the signal to the next one. Continue looping until you have provided all four machines with a DMX cable.

3. Fill the fountains via the reservoir at the top. Open the flap and pour the supplied powder into the reservoir using the funnel. Make sure the powder goes into the flap and not into the white circle.

4. Move the second slider on the 6-channel DMX controller fully up to warm up the fountains. This takes about 10 minutes, so start well in advance. Leave this slider up as long as you’re using the Sparkulars.

5. Slide the first slider up to activate the fountain. The higher the slider, the higher the sparks. To prevent overheating, don’t let the fountain work continuously for more than 30 seconds.
