Can I adjust the dimensions of the truss designs?
That is possible. We are happy to adjust the dimensions based on the stand dimensions of your trade fair stand. Send us an e-mail with the design you have in mind as well as the dimensions that you have available. We will then be happy to make a custom quote for you.
Can I assemble and disassemble a headstand myself?
That depends. The assembly and disassembly of truss constructions requires sound technical knowledge and experience. We therefore recommend that you take out assembly & disassembly if this is not the case. Assembly & disassembly can be requested via the application form.
I would like banners in my exhibition stand, can you organise this for me?
Absolutely. At the Rental Supplier we are happy to take care of the total picture for you. Simply add the banners per square metre to the product page of the truss design. Send us the artwork at least 14 working days before the assembly and we can produce the banners for you.
What is your working area?
The Rental Supplier delivers throughout Europe. You will find us on a daily basis at many common Dutch exhibition locations including the Amsterdam RAI, Rotterdam Ahoy, Evenementenhal Gorinchem, Evenementenhal Hardenberg or World Forum Den Haag. But we are also active outside the Netherlands, for example at Messe locations in Germany. Expo locations in Belgium or other exhibition locations in Europe. You can indicate the location via the application form, after which the transport costs will be calculated for you.
What else can you do for me?
The Rental Supplier is a real one-stop-shop for exhibition technology. This means that you can also come to us for lighting, sound, video equipment such as TV screens, projectors, video walls and LED screens and IT equipment such as laptops and tablets. In addition, we are also happy to help with exhibition carpet, banners and decor.
