Can I rent a large display screen and use my own equipment?

As with our other screens, it’s possible to use your own equipment with this gigantic 85″ TV screen. The screen comes standard with a 4K HDMI 2.0 cable. The screen has 3 HDMI inputs. This allows you to easily connect your own equipment as long as it has an HDMI output. Does your device not have an HDMI output? No problem, you can easily rent a video adapter kit to connect your device to the screen.

How do I determine the right screen size?

It’s always challenging to determine which screen size is suitable for your application. The screen size depends on various factors. Fortunately, a handy rule of thumb has been devised for this. Depending on the displayed content, the screen size can be determined. To keep detailed content readable, it’s recommended to maintain a maximum distance of 4 times the screen height. For presentations without graphs, a maximum distance of 6 times the screen height is sufficient. For videos, you can use 8 times the screen height as the maximum viewing distance. Screen height refers to the dimension from the bottom to the top of the screen. The screen height of this screen is 108.4cm.

Can I also use a USB stick on this 85″ TV Screen?

This large display screen also has the ability to display visual material from a USB stick. This can be both photos and videos. When using video material, make sure the video file contains an audio track. This can also be empty if your video doesn’t contain sound. To prevent the screen’s control panel from appearing at each repetition, we recommend pasting the video multiple times in succession using a video editing program. This way, the video is longer and the control panel will be displayed less frequently.

What are the specifications of the video screen?

With a size of 85″, you have a very large display screen available for showing visual material during a presentation, trade show, or as an extra screen during a conference. The screen has a diagonal of no less than 216 cm. Additionally, the TV features a 4K LED display with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. Can I transport the screen myself?

Due to its large size, it’s obvious that the screen is also transported in a large transport case. In this case, such a large display screen is optimally protected. Because of the size of the transport case, such a large display screen cannot, of course, be transported in a passenger car. The screen can only be picked up with a large transport van or a box truck. Do you want to move the screen on location when it’s already set up? Unfortunately, that’s not possible. The stand doesn’t have wheels, so the screen isn’t mobile.

Can the display screen be set up and taken down by oneself?

Due to the large size of the screen, it also brings with it the necessary weight. Therefore, we recommend having at least two people to set up and take down the screen. In the case, you’ll find the stand, which is of course also easy to set up and take down yourself.

What materials can I expect along with the TV?

When you rent this large Samsung 85″ TV screen, it comes with all the necessities to quickly use the screen. Of course, you’ll find the stand to place the screen on. Additionally, you’ll find a 10-meter long HDMI cable in the case. You’ll also find a 10-meter long extension cord so you can place the screen in any desired location, even when a power outlet isn’t nearby.

Can I mount the screen vertically?

I don’t want the stand to be visible. Is it also possible to mount a large screen on the wall?
