Description
The connection dice is a coupling piece for single tubes. With it, you can bring different tubes together and connect them at an angle. You can essentially see this dice as a corner piece for single tubes, but it has a big advantage. While a corner piece for trusses has a fixed number of connections, you are much more flexible when using this coupling.
How do you determine the number of connections on the dice?
This entirely depends on your situation, but in principle, you can simply count the number of single tubes you want to connect to this dice. You can change the positioning of the connections later. If you want to connect two single tubes at a 90-degree angle, you indicate ‘2 connections’ above. If you want to connect 4 tubes where two are connected at a 90-degree angle and the other two run perpendicular to them, then you select ‘4 connections’. A maximum of 6 connections can be attached to one connection dice.
What type of coupling is used with this connection dice?
If you choose a certain number of connections, the connection dice is prepared with Prolyte CCS6 couplers. You can only use these couplings for Prolyte tubes that use this system. Unfortunately, you cannot connect single tubes from other brands. You can use this dice for the 50cm, 100cm, 200cm, and 300cm single tubes in our rental assortment.
