Regarding stand lighting, we offer two options which you can select at the top of the page. If you already have stand lighting, you can select ‘without lighting’. The two options for stand lighting are ‘cool white’ and ‘warm white’. We recommend cool white light (5000 Kelvin) for exhibition stands where the details and color accuracy of the displayed products are important. Think, for example, of a car or motorcycle exhibition. Or an exhibition with advanced machines and/or installations. Warm white light (3000 Kelvin) is often used at exhibitions where atmosphere plays an important role. Think of exhibitions for luxury items, furniture or interior design, or gastronomy.

What are the truss lifts for?

Truss lifts are used to set up and dismantle a truss construction. If you don’t have these at your disposal, add them to your rental order. You can easily add this at the top of this page. If you’re using our setup dismantling service, also add the truss lifts to your request.

Can I set up and dismantle this truss construction myself?

Experience counts when it comes to setting up and dismantling truss. Have you never worked with truss before? Then we always recommend adding setup dismantling to your rental request. It’s important that a truss construction is safely set up and dismantled. After all, this truss corner stand construction is placed above the public. Can I transport this truss corner stand myself?

To transport a truss corner stand, a large van or furniture truck with a loading ramp or tailgate lift is required. These materials do not fit in a passenger car or small van. Can I also order exhibition carpet from you?

That’s possible! Exhibition carpet can be ordered per square meter. Multiply the width by the length of your exhibition stand, and you’ll have the required square meters. You can specify the desired color of the exhibition carpet in the ‘comments’ section when finalizing the rental request. Please note that exhibition carpet is a purchase item that cannot be returned (even if it’s not used on location).

What other exhibition technologies do you offer?

How do I add a banner to this exhibition stand?

It’s simple. First, calculate the square meters of the banner. Do this by multiplying the height by the width of the truss side where you want to hang the banner. If you want multiple banners, you can add them together. Enter the total sum at the top under ‘extras’. Please note that it takes 14 working days to produce a banner. Banners are purchase items and cannot be returned. A banner is therefore never directly included in the rental of a truss corner stand, but you can add it as desired.

Which rental days should I select when making a request for an exhibition?

When making your request, you only need to select the visitor days of the exhibition. Enter the set-up breakdown days and the name of the exhibition in the ‘comments’. We will then manually adjust the proposal for you. This way, the set-up breakdown days are not charged when renting a truss construction.
