Do you also provide lighting for my exhibition stand?

If you select lighting at the top of this page, it will be added to the rental request. Here you have two choices: warm white light and cool white light. Warm white light has a color temperature of 3000 Kelvin and is suitable when you want to create an inviting atmosphere in the exhibition stand. This encourages many people to have a conversation with a representative of your company. The other choice is cool white light. This has a color temperature of 5000 Kelvin and can be used if you have products in your exhibition stand that have many small details or a specific color. The white light ensures that these characteristics are well represented.

I see that I can add truss lifts, do I need these?

You don’t need truss lifts during the exhibition days. However, they are essential during setup and breakdown. If you don’t have truss lifts yourself, you can easily add them at the top of the page. Even if you select the service package where Rental Supplier performs the setup and breakdown on location for you, the truss lifts are required. The truss lifts allow the structure to be raised to usage height and lowered back to ground level during breakdown.

How does the setup and breakdown of a truss construction work? Can I do this myself?

At The Rental Supplier, you can choose from different service packages. These include self-pickup/return at our locations in Amsterdam or Breda, delivery and pickup at the exhibition location, such as Evenementenhal Gorinchem, Ahoy Rotterdam, or Expo Antwerp, or having it set up and broken down. With the first two options, you handle the setup and breakdown yourself. We only recommend this option if you have extensive experience with setting up and breaking down truss constructions. A truss corner stand frame stands above the public, so it’s crucial that it’s placed safely. Don’t have this experience? Then use our service package with setup and breakdown. You can indicate this when making your request.

How large is this corner stand arches during transport?

This truss corner stand construction needs to be transported in a furniture truck or truck with a lift gate. We advise against smaller transport, as there’s a possibility it may not be sufficient. If you don’t have a furniture truck or truck yourself, simply add transport when making your request. Then the entire setup will be delivered and picked up on location.

The grounding cable in the ‘extras’, do I really need this?

Depending on the location where your event or exhibition takes place, you may need a grounding cable when setting up a truss construction. For example, this is mandatory at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht and Amsterdam RAI. We always recommend adding a grounding cable to your rental order because it’s an unpleasant discovery if it turns out to be mandatory on-site by the venue.

Do you also provide exhibition carpeting?

If you’re considering renting a truss head stand construction from the Rental Supplier, you can add exhibition carpet to it. You can choose the color yourself. Take the width times the depth of the stand area and enter this under ‘Exhibition carpet per square meter’ at the top of this page. Please note that exhibition carpet is a purchase item. It cannot be returned, used or unused, when returning the rental materials.

I also need AV and IT equipment for my stand, do you have this?

Absolutely. The Rental Supplier is an AV and IT rental company and can therefore help you with this as well. From TV screens to printers. From video walls to sound systems. How does adding a banner to this truss construction work?

Truss head stand arches offer the option to provide the back with a banner. You can add this by multiplying the width by the height. Enter this number under ‘banner per square meter’ at the top of this page. You can send the design of your banner by email. Please note that we need 14 working days to produce your banner. Banners are a purchase item and therefore cannot be returned after the event or exhibition.

Do I also need to indicate the set-up & breakdown days as rental days when making a request?
