How do I ensure that this truss exhibition stand is adjusted to the dimensions of my stand space?

No trade show is the same. The stand space you are allocated is different at every exhibition. That’s why at The Rental Supplier, you can have the truss design adjusted to the stand dimensions of your space. The truss exhibition stand with high back wall as shown on this page is 7 x 3 meters. Adjusting to the stand dimensions of your stand space works as follows. Send us an email with your desired truss design as well as the dimensions of the stand and the exhibition information. We will then send you a dimension proposal. If you’re still in the preliminary stages and are still exploring options, you can also add this stand to your request and mention the dimensions in the ‘comments’ field.

I prefer black truss, is this also possible?

A black truss exhibition stand is also possible. At the top of this page, you can switch between silver-colored truss and black-colored truss. This way, you can decide for yourself which truss color fits your stand design.

I would like lighting with my truss exhibition stand, is that possible?

Lighting is certainly possible. At the top of this page, you can choose to add lighting to your truss exhibition stand. You have the choice between warm white light and cool white light. This is a matter of taste. Warm white light is more inviting and atmosphere-enhancing, while cool white light better illuminates branding and products.

I see that I can add truss lifts, what are these for?

Truss lifts are needed for the assembly and disassembly of the truss frame. These bring the truss from ground level to usage height and vice versa during disassembly. If you already have truss lifts, you don’t need to select these. If you don’t have them or wish us to perform the assembly and disassembly for you, then do add the truss lifts to your request.

I want to try to perform the assembly and disassembly myself, is that allowed?

This is possible. However, we do note that we only recommend this for people who have experience with truss construction. This is to ensure that the truss exhibition stand structure is safely assembled and disassembled and that the rental materials are not damaged during this process.

Can I transport the truss construction to my exhibition location myself?

Rental Supplier offers the option to pick up and return the complete construction at our warehouse in Amsterdam or Breda. However, truss is very bulky during transport. This truss exhibition stand construction only fits in large vans with a loading ramp or loading plate. The truss exhibition stand is not suitable for transport in smaller transport vehicles. Would you prefer to have everything delivered on location? That’s also possible. Choose the option with transport when filling out your request.

I’m not sure if I need the earth cable, what do you advise?

At certain exhibition locations, the use of an earth cable for truss constructions is mandatory. Some examples of this are the Jaarbeurs Utrecht and Amsterdam RAI. This requirement for the earth cable is not always well communicated by exhibition locations in the preliminary stages of the exhibition. We therefore recommend always adding an earth cable to your truss exhibition stand construction. This way, you already have it with you should it turn out to be mandatory at the exhibition location where your exhibition takes place.

Exhibition carpet, can I order that with the rental of the truss construction?

When renting truss constructions, you can add exhibition carpet. You have free choice of color as it concerns a purchase item. Exhibition carpet is sold per square meter. Calculate this by multiplying the width by the length of your exhibition stand. You can then enter this number under ‘extras’ at the top of this page.

I would like to add a banner to my exhibition stand. How do I do this?

By default, the exhibition stand is delivered without banners. However, these can be ordered additionally. First, calculate the square meters of the banner and the number of banners. Enter the total number of square meters under ‘extras’ at the top of this page. The design of your banner should be received by us at least 14 days prior to the setup day. Banners are a purchase item and therefore cannot be returned after the exhibition.

In addition to the exhibition stand, I also need a laptop, TV screen, and printer. Do you offer these as well?

Certainly. At the Rental Supplier, you will find all event technology you might need for an exhibition. This ranges from TV screen to laptop and from printer to sound system. Complete support in the field of audiovisual and IT equipment. You will find all these products in our online rental shop. You can request these along with the truss stand construction. How does it work with setup breakdown days of the exhibition?

At the Rental Supplier, we don’t charge for setup breakdown days. This means you only pay for the exhibition visitor days. These are the days you should indicate in your request. You can mention the setup breakdown days and the name of the exhibition in the comments box. If you’re going abroad and need more days to reach the location, please contact us.
