This is our most popular sound system for rental. The perfect set of speakers for parties and events up to 50 people (secretly, it can handle a bit more). Through the extras, you can easily add a small mixer and adapter cable for playing music via your phone, tablet, or laptop.

If you want high volume and high sound quality from a compact sound system, then this sound set is the choice. You can use it for a presentation, reception, party, or other event for around 50 people.

What does the speaker set consist of?

The set consists of two LD Systems Stinger 12A G3 top speakers, two speaker stands, two multi-cables, and a power strip.

What can I connect this sound system to?

The LD Systems Stinger 12A G3 speakers have built-in amplifiers. This keeps the sound system compact. So compact that it can be transported in a passenger car. You can easily connect the speakers to a DJ set, DJ mixer, or audio mixer using the provided multi-cables. Do you want to use a laptop, tablet, or phone as a sound source? Then add the mixer and adapter cable to your rental order in the extras.

What are the rental options for this sound set?

This sound set is available for rent at both of our locations. This means that renting sound in Amsterdam and renting sound in Breda is very easy to do. You can pick up and return it at our rental locations (after you have received a rental confirmation). If you prefer to have it delivered to your location, that’s also possible by adding transport to your rental order. This way, you can also rent sound in Utrecht, rent sound in Rotterdam, or rent sound in The Hague. Our transport service operates throughout the Netherlands.

How do I set up this sound set and how do I connect it?

Unfold the speaker stands and adjust them to the desired height. We recommend placing the speaker at ear level. Place the LD Systems Stinger 12A G3 speakers on the stand. Unroll the two provided multi-cables. The end with the power plug goes towards the DJ set or mixer. The end with the black plug (Powercon True1) goes towards the speaker. The black plug (Powercon True1) can only fit into the speaker in one way. When the plug is in the speaker, gently turn it to the right until you hear a click. Do this for both speakers. The other connector in the multi-cable (XLR male) goes into the left position where it says ‘input’ on the speaker. Do this for both speakers as well. On the other side of the multi-cable, you’ll find the power plug. Connect this to the power supply. At this same end, you also have the (XLR female) plugs. These go into the sound source (DJ set or sound mixer). Turn on all equipment, including the DJ set or sound mixer and the speakers. Set the desired volume on the back of the speakers and you’re ready to start.
