How do I determine the right screen size?

It’s always challenging to determine which screen size is suitable for your application. The screen size depends on various factors. Fortunately, a handy rule of thumb has been devised for this. Depending on the displayed content, the screen size can be determined. To keep detailed content readable, it is recommended to maintain a maximum distance of 4 times the screen height. For presentations without graphs, a maximum distance of 6 times the screen height is sufficient. For videos, you can maintain 8 times the screen height as the maximum viewing distance. Screen height refers to the dimension from the bottom to the top of the screen. The screen height of this screen is 55.89 centimeters.

What can I connect to the screen?

The 40-inch Samsung TV screen is equipped with 3 HDMI ports. You can connect any desired device that has an HDMI output to the screen. Would you rather not place a separate device next to the screen? The display also has a USB port. You can connect a USB stick with the desired material to display on the screen. The television can handle .jpg and .mp4 files.

When using .mp4 files, it’s important that an audio track is embedded in the video. Without this audio track, the screen cannot repeat the video without displaying a notification. We also recommend pasting a video multiple times in succession in the video editing program. The screen will show the control panel when replaying the video. By having the video play multiple times within the same file, the control panel on the screen will be shown less frequently.

I want to rent this TV. Is the necessary cabling included?

To use the display optimally, the screen is supplied with the correct cables. When renting this TV, you will receive the power cable, an HDMI cable, and an extension cable to connect the screen. Of course, you will also receive a remote control to operate the screen.
