My visual content is in portrait mode, can the screen also be placed vertically?

The 50-inch LED TV screen can be mounted vertically without any problem. This gives you the option to display visual content that needs to be shown in portrait mode on this display as well. Perfect when you’re organizing a collection presentation or want to show a photo reportage.

Can I rent the screen and set it up and take it down myself?

Due to the relatively small size of the screen, the weight is also manageable. The screen is therefore easy to lift and place on the included stand yourself. Do you want to rent the screen and place it against a wall? That’s also possible. For this, choose the mounting option ‘wall mounting’ when selecting the product. This way, you’ll receive the right materials to mount the screen on a wall. Just make sure that the wall on which it needs to be mounted is suitable for this. You can rent this screen and use it for multiple applications.

Is the display easy to transport?

We transport our TV screens in a transport case. This case does not fit in a passenger car. When renting this screen, we recommend picking it up with a van. The screen is delivered including a stand. This is a fixed stand and once assembled, it is not movable.

What are the specifications of the screen?

The screen consists of a Samsung LED TV Screen of 50 inches. This display has a diagonal of 123 centimeters. The display has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, allowing the screen to show 4K video material. If this size is not sufficient and you want to rent a different size screen, it’s also possible to choose another screen size such as a 40 inch, 60 inch, 75 inch or 85 inch screen.

How do I determine the right screen size?

It’s always challenging to determine which screen size to rent is suitable for your application. The screen size depends on various factors. Fortunately, a handy rule of thumb has been devised for this. Depending on the displayed content, the screen size can be determined. To keep detailed content readable, it’s recommended to maintain a maximum distance of 4x the screen height. For presentations without graphs, a maximum distance of 6x the screen height is sufficient. For videos, you can maintain 8x the screen height as the maximum viewing distance. Screen height refers to the dimension from the bottom to the top of the screen. The height of this screen is 63.8 cm.

Can I connect my own equipment to the 50″ TV Screen?

The Samsung 50-inch display has various input sources. The screen has 3 HDMI ports, allowing you to easily connect a laptop to the screen. With the included HDMI cable, you don’t need anything else to get started immediately. Do you have video material on a USB stick? That can also be used in combination with the screen. Unfortunately, the screen cannot handle PowerPoint files.

The screen is also capable of repeating videos. However, with each repetition, the control panel will be shown. To minimize this, it’s recommended to place the video itself multiple times in succession in a video editing program. This way, you have a longer video, and the control panel will be shown less frequently. Also, make sure that the video has an audio track to prevent error messages.
