Rent audiovisual solutions for break-out sessions

When the groups become smaller, such as during a break-out session of a conference or forum, the quality of the audiovisual technology is still important. That’s why we have also put together convenient combinations for break-out sessions.

Choose whether you want audio only, audio and video, audio and stage, or audio, video and stage. The break-out packages can be chosen as desired and further expanded with, for example, additional (wireless) microphones.

Rent a backdrop for a conference

At most forums and conferences, it is customary to place a decorative backdrop during the plenary session and often also during the break-out sessions. The Rental Supplier is also happy to assist with this.

We offer various decorative backdrops, including backdrops from ATOMIC Modular Systems, pipe & drape and textile walls. This allows you to choose which backdrop suits your event, atmosphere and budget.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a service package with delivery and collection for a minimum rental amount of €100,- Excl. VAT. The transport costs are calculated based on the location where the items need to be delivered. If you have chosen the service package with delivery and collection, we will bring the materials to your location and pick them up again after the event. Our transport service operates Monday to Friday between 09:00 – 17:00. Weekend rental orders are therefore delivered on Friday and collected on Monday. When placing your order, you can indicate a time slot for the delivery and collection moment. Without a specified time slot, a rental order will be delivered and collected between 09:00 – 17:00. For collection, the rented materials must be complete and packed ready (as delivered) for our driver. Also, the location must be open at the time of collection or delivery. If either of the above points is not the case, a new collection appointment will need to be made. The costs will be charged to the client. Materials are only delivered and collected on the ground floor. The venue must be reachable on a paved surface, and our vans or trucks must be able to come within 25 meters of the address. Materials must be stored in a dry place.

We offer a service package with set-up & dismantling for a minimum rental amount of €100,- Excl. VAT. The transport costs are calculated based on the location where the items need to be delivered. The set-up & dismantling costs are calculated based on the number and type of equipment that needs to be set up and dismantled. The shopping cart already calculates this for you. The set-up & dismantling package always includes the transport package. Please read our transport conditions in the frequently asked questions "How does your delivery & collection work". The set-up & dismantling service only applies to materials rented from Rental Supplier. Materials from third parties are not set up or dismantled. Nothing is connected to these either.

Certainly. It is possible to have an audiovisual technician present at your event. This cannot be added through the website. Please indicate in the comments box when making your request that you would like a technician present during the event. Also, send along the time schedule of the conference or forum. We will then send you a bespoke proposal that includes this (additional cost).
