Presentation, trade fair or congress and need a TV? This is our specialty. Rental Supplier supplies TV screens for every type of event. These can be wall-mounted or placed on the supplied TV stand. All our TV screens offer 4K image quality and have USB playback functionality for .mp4 or .jpg slideshows.
What size TV screen do you offer for rent?
In our rental you will find different TV screens. Including 40″, 50″, 60″,75″ and 85″. Do you need advice on which size TV screen is suitable for your event, trade fair or congress? Then contact the Rental Supplier. We are happy to assist you. Can I play my media files on the TV via USB?
It is possible to plug a USB stick directly into the screen. This allows you to play your photos or videos directly on the screen. Please note that the TV can only handle photos in .jpg or videos in .mp4 format. Always ensure that an .mp4 file has an audio track built in. Even if it is empty. Without an audio track, the TV cannot repeat the videos without an intermediate message. Files stored in full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) with a 16:9 ratio give the best result. Files with fewer pixels are not displayed in full screen. Also keep in mind that when a video starts again, a menu bar is displayed. If you do not want to see this, we recommend that you make the video file long enough to loop through the content before saving it to the USB stick.
If I rent a TV screen, Can this also be used in portrait mode?
Certainly. Both landscape and portrait are possible. You can indicate your preference on the product page of the TV. Please note that your video content must match the orientation of the screen for an optimal result.
What connections do the TVs in your rental have?
A 10 meter HDMI cable is supplied with each TV. You can use this to connect the TV to a video source with HDMI connection. You can also use the USB connection if you want to play video and/or images via USB. The TV has an optical audio output. If you want to get audio from the TV, you can add an optical to RCA adapter to your rental request.
Do you also deliver TVs on location?
Absolutely. In addition to picking up at our locations in Amsterdam and Breda, you can also have rental orders delivered and installed on location. You can add this via the application form. For example, we deliver TV screens to event locations throughout Europe on a daily basis. Including the Amsterdam RAI, Rotterdam Ahoy, Gorinchem event hall or Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
