What’s the difference between a stage with and without finishing?

Above, you can choose between a finished and unfinished round stage. Renting an unfinished round stage is the most economical, but it doesn’t always fit the event setting. In that case, you might want a finished stage. An unfinished stage has no covering on the sides and no carpet on top. This means you can see the wood of the stage section. A finished round stage has a black skirt along the sides and an anthracite carpet on top.

What stage height should I choose?

At the top of this page, you can choose the height of your round stage. The height you need depends on several factors, such as what the stage is for, how large and high the venue is, and from how far the audience needs to see the person on the stage. For a low ceiling in a small space, we recommend a 20cm high stage. The most commonly used configuration is a 40cm high stage. This is for medium-sized venues with high ceilings. For larger venues with high ceilings, you can choose from 60cm, 80cm, or 100cm high stages.

Does this stage come with stairs?

Round stages do not come with a staircase as standard. This is because a stage staircase cannot be mounted directly to the round side of the stage. This means that custom solutions are often devised to create a stage staircase. If you want to rent a round stage with a small staircase, please contact us. Can I transport a stage myself?

That depends. A round stage doesn’t fit in a passenger car. You need to transport it in a van, which requires a loading space of more than 2 meters. If you meet the minimum of rented equipment, you can also choose to use our transport service. In that case, it will be delivered and picked up at the location.

Can I also rent individual parts of a round stage?

At Rental Supplier, you rent a round stage as a whole. Unfortunately, you can’t rent individual parts of a round stage. Of course, you can rent a round stage and choose to pick up only a portion.

How much weight can this stage hold?

Our stages are suitable for a maximum stage load of 750kg/m2. This means that each square meter of the stage can support a maximum of 750 kilos. Is the stage easy to set up dismantle?

Certainly. Anyone can set up dismantle a platform. The system is very intuitive and easy to assemble. Keep in mind that you always need two people to set up or dismantle a platform. So renting a round stage is possible for everyone.

Can I further style the finish of a stage to my liking?

That’s possible to a certain extent. We offer the option to use other carpet colors such as red and blue. If you have another color in mind, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. Event carpet is often used with a stage. We can order this custom-made for you, so you have the right size and color for your stage. The carpet then still needs to be cut from square to round. This is easily done with a carpet knife.

How do I set up this stage?

Take a round stage section and slide the legs into the four stage leg holders at the bottom. Secure them with the leg clamp in the stage section. Do this until you have all stage decks standing on the floor. Slide them together to create the round shape of the stage and connect them at the bottom with the provided stage clamp(s). Depending on the chosen option, we provide stage skirting and carpet. If you choose this, attach the stage skirting to the sides of the stage using the provided Velcro or double-sided tape. Finally, stick the carpet on top of the stage with double-sided tape (provided). A roll of event carpet still needs to be cut round with a carpet knife.
