The truss frame is freely accessible from all sides. The exhibition stand has a friendly appearance due to the round shapes and works invitingly towards the visitors of the trade show. The example truss frame is suitable for a floor print of 7 x 7 meters. However, as with all truss frame constructions, we can make it suitable for the dimensions of your booth space. I want this truss frame circle stand, but fitting the dimensions of my booth space. How does this work?

The beauty of truss is that it’s modular. This means that by changing components, we can achieve different sizes of the same truss design. Of course, this involves some customization. We’re happy to calculate which components are needed to make this truss frame island stand ring fit your booth space. Send us an email with your booth dimensions, trade show, and other information. We’ll immediately get to work preparing a suitable proposal for you. Keep in mind that this circular truss frame construction is not a perfect circle. This is due to the corner pieces for the truss legs. These are straight, making the circle slightly more oval in four places.

Do you also offer the truss frame island stand circle with black truss?

Certainly. At the top of this page, you can change the color of the truss. By default, it’s set to silver-colored, but this can be changed to black truss. So you have the freedom to select the truss color of your preference. This way, you always have the truss frame stand that fits the ‘look-and-feel’ you wish to achieve at your exhibition stand.

Can you also equip this truss frame stand with booth lighting?

Absolutely. In terms of booth lighting, we offer two options. Warm white lighting and cool white lighting. This way, you have the freedom to choose what best suits your exhibition stand. You can select the booth lighting at the top of the product page. If you already have your own booth lighting available, you can select ‘without lighting’.

What are the truss lifts for?

The truss lifts are needed for the assembly and disassembly of the truss stand. These are used to bring the construction to height during assembly and back to ground level during disassembly. If you have your own truss lifts available, you can choose ‘without truss lifts’. If you don’t have these or choose the service package where we handle the assembly and disassembly for you, then add the truss lifts to your request.

Is it possible for me to perform the assembly and disassembly of this construction myself?

In theory, you are free to perform the assembly and disassembly yourself. However, if you don’t work with truss on a regular basis, we strongly advise against this. This is for safety reasons. Assembling such a truss construction must be done according to certain protocols to ensure the safety of visitors. If you wish us to perform the assembly and disassembly for you, you can indicate this when completing your rental request. The Rental Supplier delivers truss constructions throughout Europe. So if you have a trade show in: WTC Leeuwarden, Expo Houten, Hannover Messe, PVA Expo Praha or Namur Expo or another European exhibition location, we can serve you excellently.

If I wish to transport this truss frame stand myself, what should I take into account?

The truss island stand circle can only be transported in a furniture truck with a loading ramp or larger transport. This truss construction does not fit in smaller means of transport. If you don’t have a suitable means of transport for the truss construction yourself, you can also choose to have it delivered and picked up at the event location. You can indicate this when finalizing your request.

I see a ground cable among the extras, is that mandatory?

This varies per exhibition location in the Netherlands. Some exhibition locations or exhibition organizers require a ground cable for truss construction. We therefore always recommend adding this to your request. This way, you’re sure to have it with you just in case. This reduces stress on the assembly day itself.

Can you also help me with carpet for my exhibition stand?

If you remove the circular truss island construction, you can add exhibition carpet to your request. Calculate the number of square meters you think you’ll need and add this to your request at the top of this page. You can mention the desired color in the comments box. Please note: Exhibition carpet is a purchase item and cannot be returned (used or unused) when returning the rental items.

I would like to have TV screens on the poles of this construction, do you offer that as well?

Absolutely. In addition to the truss, Rental Supplier also provides all other event technology you might need. This includes audiovisual and IT equipment such as TV screens, laptops, tablets, printers, and video walls. If you wish to equip this circular truss island stand with TV screens on the truss poles, we’d be happy to assist you further. Contact us for a custom proposal or add the TV screens to your request via the online rental shop.

Are set-up breakdown days of the exhibition charged?

Rental Supplier does not charge for the rental of materials during set-up breakdown days. Therefore, you only need to select the visitor days of the exhibition for your request. Mention the name of the exhibition in the comments box, and we will automatically extend the rental period to include your set-up breakdown days. If you have an exhibition abroad and expect to be traveling with the rental materials for longer, please contact us for a favorable custom proposal.
