Can I adjust the dimensions of this truss island stand UFO?

This is certainly possible. We can adjust this truss island stand model to other dimensions. Because your truss island stand needs to be recalculated, we recommend sending an email with your stand dimensions, the name and details of the exhibition. After this, we will make a dimensional proposal based on the stand dimensions available to you.

Is this truss stand also available with black truss?

We offer this truss island stand in two truss colors. Silver-colored truss and black truss. You can select your preference at the top of this page. This way you can choose the truss color that fits the desired appearance of your exhibition stand.

Can this truss construction also be equipped with lighting?

This truss island stand construction can be equipped with lighting on the top circle. You have the choice between warm white or cool white lighting. This way you can create the atmosphere you’d like to see in your exhibition stand. You can indicate the color of lighting at the top of this page under the options.

Are truss lifts needed for the assembly and disassembly of this truss stand?

Truss lifts are required for the assembly and disassembly of this truss island stand construction. These bring the truss frame to usage height and back to ground level after the exhibition. This makes the truss lifts essential for the placement of this truss stand. If you already have truss lifts, you can select the ‘without truss lifts’ option. If you don’t have these or if you let the Rental Supplier handle the assembly and disassembly of the exhibition stand (option to be selected in the request process), then you need to add the truss lifts as an option.

Is it possible to carry out the assembly and disassembly of this truss construction myself?

We only recommend this for people who work with truss regularly. Given that the construction is placed above visitors, there are strict safety regulations for the assembly and disassembly of such structures. Assembly and disassembly by a layperson is therefore strongly discouraged. Assembly and disassembly by the Rental Supplier can be added via the shopping cart. This is possible at, among others, the following exhibition locations: RDM Submarine Wharf, Ahoy Rotterdam, Hamburg Messe, Brussels Expo, Whitecity London or Messe Stuttgart. Of course, we can also assist you at other European exhibition locations.

Can I transport this truss island stand construction myself?

This is possible if you have a means of transport equal to or larger than a furniture truck with a loading ramp at your disposal. If you don’t have transport available, you can add this via the shopping cart. Then all necessities will be delivered to and collected from the event location.

Do I need a ground cable for this truss frame?

This depends on the event location. There are event locations and exhibition organizers that mandate the use of a ground cable. Check whether the use of a ground cable is mandatory by the location and/or exhibition organization or add it to your rental request as a precaution. You’ll find the ground cable under the ‘extras’ on this page.

Do you also supply the carpet for my exhibition stand?

When you rent a truss island stand construction, you have the option to order the carpet from the Rental Supplier. You do this by entering the square meters at the top of this page under ‘exhibition carpet’. You can indicate the color in the comments box. Please note that exhibition carpet is a purchase item. This cannot be returned, used or unused.

Can TV screens be mounted on the truss stands?

Absolutely. The Rental Supplier provides audiovisual and IT solutions for exhibition stands. We can also mount TV screens on the truss pillars for you. You have the choice of, for example, a 40″, 50″ or 60″ TV screen. You can add these through the rental shop or request a custom proposal via email.

Is the banner at the top of the exhibition stand included?

This is an optional extra. Send us an email requesting to add this banner. We will then ensure it is included. There are additional costs for producing the banner. This is a purchase item and cannot be returned.

Do you also charge rental fees for set-up & breakdown days?

Basically, set-up & breakdown days are not charged. Therefore, always enter only the effective exhibition days when making your request.
