It’s good to know that the truss set island stand cross always comes slightly inward into your stand space. This is due to the cross part of the construction, which is 71 centimeters. To keep the construction symmetrical (which looks better for an island stand), the outer dimension of the construction never comes out to a rounded measurement.

I’d like this truss set in black, is that possible?

I’m going to arrange the transport myself, what space should I take into account?

This truss set construction can be transported in a large van or furniture truck with a lift gate or ramp. Due to the truss lengths and the dimensions of the truss lifts, this exhibition stand cannot be transported with smaller transport vehicles. The Rental Supplier offers pickup locations in Amsterdam and Breda. If you don’t have the possibility to carry out the transport yourself, you can use our transport service. You can select this option when completing your request.

An earth cable, do I really need that?

You may have already seen this among the extras. The earth cable. This is mandatory at certain exhibition locations in Europe. We therefore recommend always adding this to your rental request. This way, you won’t face last-minute challenges if the earth cable turns out to be mandatory at the exhibition location.

I also need carpet in my stand. Do you supply this as well?

If you purchase a truss set exhibition stand from the Rental Supplier, you can choose to order exhibition carpet as well. You can do this via the ‘extras’ on the truss stand pages. Here you can enter the number of square meters of exhibition carpet you need. You can mention the color in the ‘comments’ field when finalizing your request. Exhibition carpet is a purchase item and cannot be returned, used or unused, when returning the rental materials.

What else can you help me with regarding stand furnishing?

The Rental Supplier does not provide exhibition furniture, but they do offer all the event technology you might need. This includes TV screens, video walls, printers, tablets, and sound equipment. Are set-up breakdown days of the exhibition charged in my rental?

No. At the Rental Supplier, set-up breakdown days are not charged. When making your request, you only need to indicate the visitor days of the exhibition. We will process the set-up breakdown days when preparing the quote for you. If your exhibition takes place elsewhere in Europe, you might also need more transport days.
