Truss island stand canopy is one of our larger basic truss design stands. It is suitable for larger island stands. This type of exhibition stand is symmetrical and can be approached from four sides. The truss stand offers space for branding in four locations. The set as shown is based on a floor area of 7 x 7 meters. However, we can also adapt this truss design to larger stand spaces. Our example truss design is based on a stand space of 7 x 7 meters. Of course, every exhibition is different and so are the stand dimensions of your booth. We can also adapt this truss design to larger stand spaces. For this, we are happy to recalculate the requirements for you. Is this truss design also available with black truss?

We can equip all our truss designs with silver-colored truss or black truss for you. You can indicate your preference at the top of this page via the options. Choose the truss color option that best fits your idea of a beautiful exhibition stand.

I would also like exhibition lighting arranged, is that possible?

Certainly. We offer exhibition lighting in two color temperatures. Warm white light (3000 Kelvin) and cool white light (5000 Kelvin). By choosing a color temperature, you can personalize the exhibition stand even more. You can indicate your preference via the truss stand options at the top of this page.

Are truss lifts really necessary for this truss construction?

Yes, without truss lifts it is not possible to bring the truss frame to its final height. And vice versa with dismantling. It’s truly an essential item. If you already have truss lifts, you can select ‘without truss lifts’ in the options at the top of this page. If we are carrying out the assembly and disassembly for you or if you are going to do it yourself, the truss lifts should be added to the request.

Can I do the assembly and disassembly of this truss design myself?

We only recommend this for people who work with truss on a regular basis. This is to ensure that the assembly and disassembly proceed safely and smoothly. Keep in mind that this truss design is placed over the visiting public. Strict safety requirements are associated with this. Therefore, it remains advisable to have professionals carry out the assembly and disassembly. Assembly and disassembly can easily be added to your request in the shopping cart on this website.

Can this truss island stand canopy be transported by oneself?

Even during transport, truss is very bulky. For transporting this truss design, a small truck with a loading platform is required. We advise against transport in smaller vehicles. If you don’t have suitable transport yourself, have the materials delivered to the event location and picked up again after the exhibition. You can indicate this option via the shopping cart of our rental shop.

Is a grounding cable mandatory for a truss construction?

You may have already noticed a grounding cable among the extras. These can be mandatory at certain exhibition locations such as the Amsterdam RAI and Jaarbeurs Utrecht when placing a truss construction. This can vary per exhibition location and per exhibition organization. We therefore always recommend adding this to your rental order.

I would like to add carpet to my exhibition stand, is that possible?

When renting a truss construction, you have the option to add exhibition carpet. This is a purchase item that you can order per square meter via the ‘extras’ on this page. You can indicate your color preference via the comments field in the shopping cart. Please note that exhibition carpet is a purchase item. It cannot be returned, used or unused.

If I want to utilize the branding possibilities, can you help me with that?

At the top of this page, you can order banners per square meter. If you want double-sided banners, please contact us for the possibilities. Regular banners need 14 working days to be produced. Banners are purchase items and cannot be returned. Do you have questions about adding banners to your exhibition stand? Then please contact us. We are happy to assist you.

Do I need to take assembly and disassembly days into account?

We do not charge for set-up breakdown days. When submitting your non-binding request, you only need to indicate the visitor days of the exhibition. If you mention the information about set-up breakdown in the comments box, we can take this into account when processing your request. For trade fairs and exhibitions abroad, we’re happy to create a customized proposal to account for additional transport days. Please contact us for a favorable quote.
